BELGIUM – Head Bishop Eduard Grabovenko, his wife, Women's Ministry Coordinator Larisa Grabovenko, and Administrative Director Ivan Borichevsky served in Russian-speaking churches in Spain and France and participated in a conference in Belgium.
Meetings with ministers from European churches and missions took place from January 27 to February 6. Assessing the trip, the head bishop noted: “Overcoming the challenges of our time, God’s Church raises its voice to oppose secularism and the decline of moral values, proclaiming the message of Christ. Praise God, churches are growing and souls are being saved.”
In Spain, where the Russian Church missionaries work, the leaders of the Union participated in the ministry of the New Testament Church in Alicante. Eduard Grabovenko and Ivan Borichevskiy held a meeting with a group of young men from the church. Larisa Grabovenko met with girls. Ivan Borichevsky preached at the prayer service. The church is actively preparing for an international missionary conference, which will take place on March 28 and 29.
In Belgium, in the city of Ghent, a conference of the Europe for Christ Association was held. Representatives from Germany, Belgium, and other countries took part in it. In Paris, at the invitation of Pastor Alexander Shaposhnikov, the head bishop preached at the Church of St. Joppia.
Russian Church leaders talked with European ministers about how to expand God's Kingdom, reach the unreached, and bear much fruit. The pastors are open to cooperation and are committed to working for the benefit of God's Kingdom.
