A conference in Omsk gathered pastors and ministers from Siberia and the Far East

OMSK – Last weekend, December 15 and 16, Harvest Church of Omsk hosted a conference for pastors and ministers from churches in the Siberian Federal District. Guests from the Far East also attended.

Preachers of the conference were presbyters of regional associations bishops Sergei Potapov and Andrei Knyazhev,, Bishops, deputy head bishop in the Far Eastern Federal District Alexei Rudenkiy, missionary Evgeny Uporov, pastor of Grace Church in Yakutsk Stepan Zhovnerik, pastor and presbyter of the Tuva Republic association of churches Alexander Zakamaldin, pastor of the Ark of Salvation Church Mikhail Nigorodov.

They delivered sermons on what it means to be a leader, what the tasks of a pastor and minister are, and how important it is to continue to focus on Christ and the Word of God in ministry.

On the second day, the ordination of deacons and pastors took place. Bishop Sergey Gorbenko, deputy head bishop in the in the Siberian Federal District, pastor of the Harvest Church of Omsk, addressed the ministers with a word of encouragement.

The conference concluded with a prayer service led by Bishop Alexei Rudenky.

Worship, prayer, testimonies, youth performance with a dance program — all this became memorable for guests and participants of the conference.
